Current Openings
Shop Technician​
(entry level)

Pay Range: $20-24/hour
​
Commitment: 16-20 hours per week
​
Reports to: Owner/ Lead Welder
​
Summary: This role supports the operational and technical acitivities of the company. The person in this role is responsible for the completion of technical task to support the overall production goals of the company. This role is responsible for incoming and outgoing material and support of the other technical staff in their duties.
​
Primary Responsibilities:
- Pick-up/ Receive incoming materials
- Read and interpret drawing packages
- Cut and prep material
- Clean up of welded components
- Assembly of components
- Finishing of completed parts
- Pack and label finished products/ assemblies
- Maintain QC logs for finished products
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and repair of equipment
- Professional growth and development
- Inventory of consumable shop items
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equiv.
- Hands-on mechaincal skills
- Knowledge of basic machine shop tools

Lead Welder
(5+ years)

Pay Range: $32-38/hour

Commitment: 30+ hours per week
​
Summary: This role supports the technical acitivies of the company. The person in this role is responsible for the completion of welding components and assemblies to support the overall production goals of the company. This role is responsible for the core technical operations of the company. This role will require dynamic problem-solving skills and the ability to perform tasks with minimal oversight and direction.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret drawing packages
- Cut and prep material
- Precision fit-up of assemblies
- Welding of components (MIG/ TIG/ Stick)
- Clean up of welded components
- Assembly of components
- Finishing of completed parts
- Provide red-lines of completed weldments
- Maintain QC logs for finished products
- Oversight of shop welder(s)

- 5+ years of welding experience, AWS certification
